Purchasing over the internet makes me nervous. Is your site really secure?
We understand your apprehension and YES, our site is secure. We use a digital certificate that authenticates the identity of our web site and encrypts information that is sent to our server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Encryption is the process of scrambling data into an undecipherable format that can only be returned to a readable format with the proper decryption key.
When you send confidential information to our Web server, your browser accesses the server’s digital certificate and establishes a secure connection. A “https://” prefix in the URL and a key or padlock icon in the browser’s status bar indicate that HabitsAway.com is secure.
When will I be billed?
You won’t. All transactions are done electronically at the point of purchase.
Will the CD package have to be shipped to me and how long will it take?
NO! That is the convenience of electronically downloadable material. The Habit Busting CD package is in an audio format. As soon as the purchasing transaction has been completed, you have immediate access to your product with your choice of either MP3 or Real Player audio formats.
I’m new to the internet, exactly why do you need my email address?
Will any of my information be traded, sold or be stored in a data base?
If I chose to purchase your product, what means of payment are available to me?
You have a number of options; ClickBank, who accepts the usage of a variety of credit cards. Also through PayPal or electronic checks.
I’ve heard of ‘PayPal’ but who is ClickBank?

If I have a problem downloading, who would I contact? What should I do?
In most instances, the problem, if any, could be solved by double checking the initial downloading instructions. Apply the instructions again following the procedures step by step. Also, refer to our FAQ’s page. Its contents may offer an answer that may resolve your problem. How long does it take to download the CD package?
The following are the average times per CD. To download the complete program you need to download four (4) parts.
56K (Dial-Up): 95-125 minutes
DSL Connection (1.5Mbps): 8-16 minutes
Cable Modem (3Mbps): 4-8 minutes
Are there any other formats available to listen to the CD packages?
We provide the CDs in MP3 and RealMedia formats which nearly every computer can play. We recommend downloading the MP3 version if you intend to play the audio in your personal MP3 player.
Once I download the workbook, can I print it out?
YES! The work book is in pdf format accessible with Adobe Acrobat. Just go to your tool bar and hit print, at which point, you make the selection that you desire.
